Sim Swap

Recently lost my phone, wanna do a sim swap I am told that there is a suspension on my number, imagine that is my main number that I am talking about. This is uncalled for this is not the first time I am doing a sim swap and also the consultant just seems not to know what she is talking about, she is so unhelpful
