Sim swap drama

On the 26 December I was hijacked and stabbed, basically left for dead. My cellphone, wallet and car was taken. I bought a new cell phone and sim card. I've self rica'ed the sim card and tried to do the sim swap, however the Sim swap questionnaire sms never came through. Eventually I received a sms saying that Ive attempted to Sim swap to many times and need to visit the mtn store. I cannot visit the mtn store as I'm in rehabilitation for the next 8 to 12 weeks, learning how to walk again, as I was stabbed in the neck by the hijackers.
