Sim swap done wrongly

I went to MTN store at Alberton City today to report my cell phone as ******. They confirmed that they blocked my number. I then did an upgrade. Then was sent to another branch to do a sim swap. I paid R115 and the lady who was helping me said I will be able to use my phone after an hour. 3 hours later I got home put the new sim card on. When I tried to use the phone it gives me an error that network is not available. Upon calling my number *** it rings elsewhere instead. I have been calling and it cuts off as soon as the consultant says hello. My airtime is used up and I urgently need help as I use this phone number *** as my daily contact number for personal and business purposes
