Sim Swap does not take 2-24 hours as promised!!!

I have put in a sim swap request more than 24 hours ago (27 hours and counting at this point) and its still not complete. This is a matter or urgency and your call center is unreachable via 135 as well for this particular query. How can you give a time frame of 2-24 hours and not deliver on it? This is surely something that can be processed within less than 24 hours. Disgusting service.
