Sim Swap Denied

i use a prepaid number and my fone was ****** last month and i did a sim swap.Fastforward yesterday another unfortunate event happened i lost my fone with the same sim , i go to MTN asked question (which you never pass) was asked to go to SAPS to do an affidavit of which i did , only to be told they can't help .This number i have been using since 2011 and it has my while life centered on it , my business , work , my children's school contact , bank contacts , literally everything and MTN can't help. Really disappointing because no one asks for or plans such unfortunate events to happen
