Sim Swap delay

I received a sim card via delivery and I inserted it on my cell but it didn't have network, after calling the call center countless times without any help and a few calls being hung up on me.<br> Valencia Mahada was able to help me by telling me to Rica the sim card and do the swap after. We did that on 20/12/2015 and my husband's old sim was disconnected because we did the swap. He's missing important calls because the damn swap is taking forever, I called mtn again to help me out but they tell me to call 555 and I'm asking myself how the he'll am I to do that if the sim has no network. This is ******** and it's really annoying. Fix the damn thing.
