I lost my phone 3 weeks back and their rude ,*********** staff at Rosebank Mall couldn't assist me with the sim swap. I was up and down Rosebank police station for affidavits. There's this gentleman who was so rude i could vomit

'“I understand that this might be your favorite branch however you are more than welcome to go to another branch if you are not happy. I prefer the clients to do the swap on their so that they can stop blaming us if something is wrong”

I am thankful to Dobsinville Mall staff for assisting me within 10 minutes ,i had my number back.
