SIM swap complaint

I am very disappointed infact very angry with MTN, I dd a sim swap on Sat, and was told to wait for 24hours, 24 hours gone with no active no, when I called to do a follow up, I was told I have to do it again, and wait another 24, the 2nd 24hours went still not assisted, another follow up was done, n was told the same story, to do it again and wait for another 24hours,

I am disappointed,been a loyal customer to Make MTN for 15years, only to get this poor service when I need them the most
