Sim Swap / Cancelling SIM ***

I have been trying all afternoon and evening to get someone at MTN to assist me with a Sim Swap. My daughters phone was ******. After two visits to two different MTN stores - both times telling me to purchase a new sim card and to phone 173. First shop didn't even have nano sims.

1. 1st time I called 173, no one ever answered.

2. 2nd time, the phone was put down on me.

3. 3rd time, she made me answer all the questions and all the security questions, she said her system had frozen and I must call back.

4. 4th time, the operator was half asleep and said he wouldn't be able to help me. I asked to speak to the supervisor and that didn't help either.

5. 5th time, the operator got half way through and had to transfer me to another consultant cos apparently she got an error too.

6. Six time was the charm. And still no one who can help me.

I had all the information on hand as to when my sim was ******, when I last bought data but apparently all my information was incorrect 6 times over, after gaining all my actual info from my banking system, where I bought all my data/airtime. However, they were quick to tell me about the affidavit.

As usual MTN always showing up.
