Sim swap and Rica issue

I lost my phone a week back, went to the MTN store at Clearwater and bought a new sim card and asked for a sim swap, the guy that assisted me really tried I won't lie his service was absolutely amazing yet MTN itself a total waste of time the number wasn't being RICA'D struggled with getting it RICA'D for a whole day, went back the following day the consultant changed to a new sim card and still nothing, got home and tried the sim card again and it worked yet now I'm struggling to do the sim swap the 135 number is useless doing the USSD is useless been struggling for 2 days now getting a sim swap.
