SIM-SWAP
<p>I called MTN last night to request a sim -swap as my fone was ****** a day before 15hours later still nothing my number still shoots straight to voicemail and its my business number as I run a business from that number number.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN services really suck.</p>

20 Apr 2017, 12:48I bought a new sim card RICAD it before i even called for the sim swap.
Now i have been calling again since morning and apparently the sytems are down for them to assist me with a sim swap...Am reaslly dissappointed with your services.
