Sim Swap

<p>I bought a new phone after losing one,the new phone came with complementary 200mb data for six months.However since the phone was to replace my old one and I still wanted to get my number ,after the sim swap I lost the benefit.I consider this ridiculous after one is loyal to a network for more than 7 years.when I asked customer servie they said I must ask at the store..really ????</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh and your sim swap process? the worst. MTN you are giving your customers more reasons to migrate.</p>
