Sim Swap
<p>What is the purpose of Rica if getting a sim swap is a mission. Your boulders branch people are inconsiderate and don't know what customer service is. I am not happy of the treatment I received at that branch. They didn't even attempt to assist. Kept sending the lady by the door to give my response. I asked a simple question shud I now get my 12 years old daughter to the branch n do the sim swap as she was using the sim which I Rica'd. Shud I rather get her s new number whereas I want to retrieve her old number. Bad
