Sim Swap

I went inside the branch called the contact center with no joy.To make it even worse when i called contact center anna took my call and quickly transferred me to Zulu speaking consultant without my permission.<br> <br> I bought new sim card for simswap apparently the swap ddnt happen because it was not rica compliant.<br> <br> I went back to north gate bought another simcard and performed the swap but it was not successful.<br> <br> My worry hear is i might loose my number.<br> <br> Today is Sunday i went back to the branch for help,they ask me to give it 2 hours, but still no joy.<br> <br> Oh Lord Mtn <br>
