sim swap
I called the call centre yesterday morning to do a sim swap on my mtn no as i had lost my phones over weekend nd was told to wait for 3 hours but it was still not been done nd was told to wait for 24 hours but its been done nd i called them again this morning nd was told to wait 2 hours but its still not been nd called again at 13h30 was told to wait half an hour nd its in hour later now nd its still not done mtn service sucks to say the least
