Sim Swap!!

I went to mtn to do a sim swap and they gave me a simcard that I had to pay R3.50 for and they told me that they don't do the sim swaps and that I have to phone MTN.<br> I called MTN to do sim swap and they cut me off twice on the third time I got through to someone and gave them some details that I got from my mother in-law and they <br> said they can't do a sim swap. This number belongs to my Mother in-law. She is a captain in the SAPS and she desperately needs her number. she has been using this number <br> for over 10 years.
