Sim swap

I did a sim swap on Friday July 3, 2015 at around 14h00. At 14h57 MTN sent me a message saying they are processing my request for a sim swap. Just after 15h00 they deactivated my 'old' sim and never activated the 'new' one. Saterday July 4, 2015 I went back for help, they said the only thing they can do is file a query, so I got a reference number ***. Sunday July 5, 2015 my sim card was still not working. I went back and they couldn't do anything for me, because their servers were offline and there was no one they could call. So they gave me the *** number, I tried it several times, no answer. I also tried the *** as well, still no luck. I then sent an email to customer care, they also rep**** with a reference number ***. So for the past 60 hours I'm stuck with 2 deactivated sim cards, 2 reference numbers I don't know WHAT to do with, and a bunch of people that pull their shoulders up when I ask for help, I'm really desperate to get my new sim card activated !!!
