SIM SWAP!!!!!

I was ****** on the 20th of March 2025(Thursday),on Friday Morning I called in to the call center to be helped with the sim swap with no assistance. I tried doing the sim swap by myself using (*135#) still nothing. Friday(28th of March) I visited the MTN branch in Maponya Mall Soweto where Welcome claimed to have assisted me,Saturday I went back to inform that the sim swap was not successful,he "tried" again but nothing. Sunday afternoon I went and another guy claimed to assist by the name of Sbusiso but nothing still. To say I am ****ed is an understatement
