Sim swap

I tried doing a Sim swap at Greenstone Mall, but they weren't helpful. They wanted me to answer security questions, like when I last bought airtime, which I don't remember 😬. The guy said I had to answer the prompts, but I thought since my Sim's registered, the info should be on their system?
