I have been trying to do sim swap for the whole week with no success, tried calling but it did not work out. Your options are not user friendly as there is no option to speak to a consultant. I need to use my number urgently, this is so unfair and unprofessional. I have been using this network for more than 10 years now but this is not on. I demand urgent response with solution.
