Sim swap

I am struggling to do a sim swap because the question asked I can't recall or remember them or are in accurate.I sent an email to *** and no one responded.I blacklisted my phone that was ****** using the mtn number I am struggling to get back.i got the Itc reference number from mtn confirming blacklisting.I had this number more than a year and is some of the question asked.I was asked if I registered for a loyalty programme and my answer was yes ,the other question was how did I recharge.my last recharge was R10 rands using my bank and some of the data purchased was through points . I cant recall dates or remember what type is bundles purchased.My sim card is Rica'd. I cant go to the police station again to make an affidavit that I can't recall or answer what they claim is incorrect information from their side.I am very dissatisfied with this and that is my number that I want to use.
