Sim Swap
I upgraded my contract on Tuesday and did a sim swap, i was told the sim would be active within 24 hours. <br> Its been a few days now and my sim is still not active. I've called in to query whats going a few times, as I'm unable to use my phone. This is extremely inconvenient.

We've perused your account and see that there was a problem with the SIM swap being processed on our system and not a delay with the actual request being processed.
The request to get the SIM card released to be swapped was first processed and thereafter the actual SIM swap was processed on the 20th of February 2015.
Once again we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
