Sim swap

Mtn should really find another way of training their staff members. No one is aligned, you get different stories from their consultants oin different stores, it's really irritating and a waste of time!! I had an incident of my simcard being hacked and ported to another network. Went to Mtn to tell them the problem, the problem is still not solved a week later!! Went to 3 different stores and and I keep getting different stories solutions which don't work!! Can someone at the Mtn Head office help me in getting my number back.!! How difficult can this be? I've done Half the work for you already!! Disappointed service!!
