Sim Swap

I have been trying to do a sim swap for two days now and I still can't. I've gone into the walker Marshall town Ghardi Square MTN store and attempted it but they always telling me that the System is Offline . I passed Sim Swap questionnaire yesterday and waited for almost 24hrs but still sim swp not yet done , Today I engaged with Qolani Shivuri champion service , she was too arrogant and unprofessional she told me to redo Sim Swap questionnaire then I failed, I ask her what happened to the one I did yesterday, she doesn't know what happened , Instead of helping me MTN keeps sending me the same and over and over n all I want is for the sim swap to go through. I need help PLEASE
