sim swap

On Thursday the 7th I was approached by an MTN consultant at Bara taxi rank and he asked me to buy MTN LTE sim. I told him I want to do sim swap and he said he`d do it for me. He asked for all details and I provided and he made me pay R50 for sim card plus sim swap. Today the 10th I call MTN to find out why it hasn't been processed and I'm told sim swap cannot be done on LTE sim because it already has airtime loaded and I have to buy another sim. The consultant that sold me the sim called the service centre and requested to be transfered to Morris and requested Morris to do the sim swap but now I am told to buy another sim
