Sim Swap?
I upgraded on Wed 6th May, my new phone takes a different sim card so i was asked to do a sim swap, on Friday there was no sign of the sim swap taking place so I went in to a store and they logged a query, no change on Saturday so I log another query at another branch it is Sunday morning, still nothing-what on Earth is going on?
