Sim Swap
Tried from yesterday to contact your call centre by phoning 808 but after holding for years the phone just cut.Tried many times but to no avail just like trying to get my refund from yourself and you still refuse to pay me back.How much will a Sim Swap cost me?Have the old big Sim card and want to buy a new phone but am told that the old Sim card wont fit as new phone come with a small slot to hold a Sim card.Also if I buy a new phone that doesn't need BIS can I have me current BIS package turned into something else cos other phones don't use that?

A sim swap will cost R136. Yes, you can arrange to have your BIS cancelled and add a data bundle in its place.
