Good day My name is Mmathabo I lost my sim card, I've been struggling to do sim swap from mtn, I lost my old sim and I called mtn call center since from Tuesday 18.05.2021 and thy keep on saying their system is offline I must call again after an hour, phone again still same story then they said I must do self service still can't get help even today 22.05.2021morning I called again same story I must call after an hour their system are offline.
