Sim stopped working. Mtn old system - Epics department

I need help from the Epics department that deals with the old contract system. The store told me to do a sim swap and now I am changed to prepaid because they lost all my information that was on the system. I need to go back to my original contract. I also bought a data and voice bundle before this mess and now my data and voice bundle is not showing
