SIM RICA'D ON MY ID NUMBER GIVEN TO SOME1 ELSE
I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH MTN .PATHETIC SERVICE IS ALL YOU SEEM TO GET FROM MTN,I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND IT CUTS ME OFF ALL THE TIME!!!<br> I HAVE HAD A SIM WHICH I RICA'D ON MY ID NUMBER WHICH IS RECEIVING ALL MY PERSONAL BANKING DETAILS....NOW BELONGING TO SOME WOMAN.HOW CAN MTN ALLOW THAT????I WOULD LIKE MY NUMBER BACK AS THE LADY SAYS SHE WENT TO THE SHOP AND BOUGHT THE SIM A MONTH AGO?<br> THERE IS REALLY SOMETHING GOING ON WITH MTN.MY SIM STARTED ACTING FAULTY AND NOW IT DOESNT WORK. PLEASE FIX THIS SITUATION.

We sincerely apologise for the delayed response and for any inconveniences caused.
Please note that one of our business rules on Prepaid is that a number needs to make a chargeable call thin every Three months to stay connected on the network. According to our records there has not been any chargeable call made from your number for more than Three months and that is the reason it got deactivated and recycled. It is not possible to get your cellphone number back after it has been recycled.
Please be assured that is not our intention to displease you however we had no choice but to abide by the Business rules.
