SIM - RICA BARRED

Good day

I took out a contract with MTN direct on black friday and have since taken delivery of the router and sim.

The sim is however not working and when I tried to call customer care using the sim I got an error saying the sim is RICA BARRED.

Please can you assist with getting this resolved as all documentation was sent through when I took delivery of the product.
