Sim Reader damaged by the Repair Centre

On the 15/01/2015 I took my phone to Mtn Westgate Mall opposite CNA , the reason was the picture quality was not good anymore and also some calls do not come through and it was booked in that day for only these reasons as that was the only issues I had with the phone it was sent to the repair centre and a quote was smsed to my phone which I rejected as I believed it was too much (R2071.00) and I paid a R330 for rejecting the quote and sent it to MTN Westgate for them to return my phone , It was returned and when I tried to put in my sim card the was no sim tray and the sim reader was damaged and I returned to Mtn and Bruce looked into the matter which currently he is still busy with the query on why the sim reader is damaged and the is no tray (Bruce managed to get a sim tray back ) on the MTN after sales ERC Escalation Approval Form it shows the sim reader is damaged, when I took the phone to mtn the sim reader was not damaged and the was a sim tray , In me rejecting the quote the repair has damaged my sim reader I need it to be fixed by the repair centre the was nothing wrong with the sim reader when I booked in the phone on 15/01/2015.
