sim problems not rica for 2 time

problem with porting from telkom to mtn and new simcard. Show not Rica, went to PEP 2nd time, stil sim dont want to RICa, then bought NEW sim, and Rica it again. When i come home it says it is not RICA. This is bull!!! Where is my old number??? We stay 100km from the nearest town!!!! Sort this out, this number i use for bussiness!!!!!!
