SIM ONLY OFFER ON UPGRADE

I tried to upgrade my phone contract and have been declined for new contract and only offered a sim-only deal, yet i have been with MTN for over 6 years and my payments are always on time. 3 years ago, i was under debt review and MTN's credit department approved the application for a contract. now its time for an upgrade and i get declined. i have asked the team to escalate to their credit department for reconsideration and the guy that was selling to me says he cant help further.

I understand my credit is not great but my phone bill is always paid and 3 years ago MTN approved me after reconsideration for the S21 deal. I ask that they do the same.
