SIM Only Deal- No response on application

MTN guys came to our workplace to advertise their packages, "specially made for United Nations employs" they said. I have been with MTN for over 10 years, I know it is not the best network, but hey, sometimes one gets used to mediocre. So, I signed up, the agent told me what to submit to her email to get a contract, (Sim only). I app**** the same day.

That was on 23 September 2022. Today is 4 November 2022. No decision on my application. When I follow up with the agent, it is apology after apology; escalation after escalation.
