Sim only data contract a ****

A bad experience with MTN with regard to their Data only SIM cards. The SIM card is not working and no one of their service champion is able to fix it. I have had the contract for two weeks but I have never used it. Went to an MTN shop at The Reef Shopping Centre and no one assisted me till they closed. I can’t be paying for a product I’m not using. Rather we cancel since I have not touched a single megabit of their data
