Sim Number *****

I visited the Newtown Junction MTN store to get assistance with my SIM card that had lost network connectivity but was working earlier on. Upon my arrival there, the service consultant was on a personal call with his family/relatives and took at least 5mins to wrap up the calls to start assisting me. When I narrated the story, he just took my ID and the SIM card and just said I must buy a SIM card and do a SIM swap without giving me any reasoning behind making one.
