Sim not working 3 weeks after upgrade

Sim not working 3 weeks after upgrade! Wasted hours in store Clearwater Mall and 14 Avenue head office, asked for help on social media, sent emails to customer complaints still no resolution.

This was after canceling with iStore due to system problems waiting 1 week.

I raised this in store with MTN and was assured there was no system issue, everything was working fine. Only to find out I was **** to!

Pathetic service, no feedback. I will be change service providers
