Sim not receiving calls and sms's

Sim not receiving calls and texts ********** 328. I started calling them since the 24th August 2017 and even now no one seems to be helpfull. They give me a reference number to check if their technicians have fixed the problem three weeks ago but nothing has changed im sick and tired calling their callcentre that does'nt have a clue what they doing if you have any response you can call me at ********** 788
