Sim not activated order ***

order *** 3 weeks after delivery, sim card not activated till date, MTN and Mondo sending me from pillar to post, I bought my router and sim at MTN, they never said anything about partnering with Mondo, now I have to deal with the Mondo that I don't know. So quick to sell the contract to me, after getting the sale and commission didn't care about me, and also I explained to the agent who sold me the device that my driver wants to use it for bolt and will always be in the street ( I preferred the pocket router) but they sent the home router which is useless for my driver. But the worse thing is not activating my Sim

N.B @MTN and Mondo, please note I wont pay that debit order month end. You are just ******** people who are trying to make a living
