Sim Hacked/BARRED_WHATEVER THE HELL THAT IS

I am so mad and disappointed with MTN, they've decided to block my number from calling and smsing, they say my sim has been Rica barred/hacked, the call center advised me to buy a new Sim card so I can do a sim swop, now iam supposed to answer their security questions, they tell me I failed there is no explanation what did I fail, I used this number for more that 10 flipping years, how am I supposed to remember everything???I am a ****** human being not some archiving hard drive
