Sim ***** for the second time

My Sim card was recently hacked hiw I don't know before it was hacked I have 12gig n 55voice minute ms and R7 airtime they all gone now but I still have sim card and is now longer working on my side someone made swimswap and the person is using my money ..I tried to call mtn with no luck
