Sim cards suspended for no reason MTN

On the 25Jan my numbers got suspended, for no reason cause the monthly debits in my account went through, I called 135 and I was told to leave my details no one has returned the call. I went to the store with petrol that I don't have and having to pay for a parking ticket at Sandton, a case was logged to fix this but here I am 5th day with the same problem, my partner is in a mess at work cause he couldn't communicate prior of his challenge.... So this thing is impacting my life badly for what¡¡¡
