Sim Card still not connected after 2days

<p>So we added a tablet on to our existing contract. They sent my husband and told him it takes 2-24 hours for connection of the Sim. After 24 hours nothing.... spoke to about 15 people all with different stories . So apparently the sim they gave us in not on their network. We have to phone someone else to do a sim swop release. But big Surprise they are not doing it. So over MTN just going to cancel the contract. </p>
