Sim card rica barred.

Simcard is rica barred? I upgraded my contract online and requested a new sim card delivered too since It has been inactive.

My device got delivered after a delay with no explanation. Upon trying to use the sim it says it's rica barred I tried to rica it on app that was successful, however 24hrs has long passed and I'm still getting the same response. I tried going to a mtn service center nearby I could not get help as they do not have the system to rica sim cards.. haiibo now mtn I'm paying for a service i can't use?? How do you help customers who cannot physically go to a service center, even when I make means to go I still don't get help.

Please fix this, I need my sim card working as in yesterday!
