SIM card offline for over 72 hours

I went to mtn shop wonderpark on Tuesday the 31 Aug to get an extra number on esim instead they swap my contract number to esim. I phoned 135 on the 1st Sept and I was given a case number, I was told the turn around time is 24-48 hrs. It's been over 72 hrs now with a sim that I can't make a call or send an SMS. I regret taking a contract with MTN, it feels like they don't take their customers serious. They don't send any update regarding my case. As for MTN store in wonderpark, they're only good in selling the phones cos their after sale service sucks. If MTN doesn't want my money that they're happy to take every month from my account, they must tell me I will be glad to cancel their k##k contract.
