Sim card not provisioned despite payment on time

This is my 3rd review in 10 days of no assistance from MTN, i made a payment for my MTN wifi contract on the 20th of July, my sim card was disconnected sighting that i made the payment after the 25th of July which is a lie cos i sent proof of payment and no agent or consultant seems to want to assist. My sim card was not provisioned for August, and I am left without connection since the 2nd of August despite paying before the 25th of July. BA***, please refund my payment or provision my sim card, i am tired of following up and the non-existent poor service you offer
