Sim card ***** - no assistance from MTN AT ALL

My spouses sim card had a *****ulent sim swap today. After having called mtbln call centre from 10am until 9pm over 10x ahd visiting the mtn store to buy a new sim to get her number back, the *****ster blocked the sim swap. The number is still active and am at risk for otp *****... this is serious . How can mtn DO NOTHING OF IT. Now for trying to sim swap the number back, the new mtn sim is blocked for trying too many times to do a sim swap. The ***** we still has my number. Do I need to contact a lawyer for any action with mtn or take it to social media ... I have raised it om Twitter and facebook with no help from mtn. Equally as bad as 135, ***. Can we get some urgent escalation and help? This is the 7th time im raising bad service.
