Sim card deactivated by MTN without explanation - ****** of airtime and data

<p>I had a prepaid sim card with MTN. It had airtime on it and Afrihost had also loaded data on it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I woke up on 30/12/2016 and the sim card had been deactivated. The day before (29/12/2016) I loaded airtime and even made a call from the sim card.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called your call centre and finally managed to get through to an actual human being; unfortunately she had very poor communication s****s and made me hold the line for a long time. Eventually she got back to me to tell me that she did not know why the sim card had been deactivated. She said that they were investigating and her superior would call me back but nobody has called me since.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic customer service,</p>
