Sim card cancellation

I am writing a second review on Mtn they habe still not responded to my first one I have a sim card that has been cancelled but I am still being charged on it even though the number is nolonger in use they say my cancellation request was not approved but the number is cancelled and not in use anymore I cannot even reverse their debit order I'm so frustrated
